Steve and Robbie were great. There were a few minor glitches (aren't there always when moving across country?!), but Steve did his best to be accommodating. Let's hope it doesn't happen, but if I need to move again, I know who to call!

Jeff and his staff provided first-class treatment of our belongings. They arrived at both pick-up and drop-off on the agreed-upon dates. Every item was handled delicately and arrived in one piece. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I also recommend that you clearly identify any necessary documentaion in advance to ensure it is provided at time of service and not after the fact.

Seth was very accommodating to work around my schedule. He and his crew were very nice to work with. After shipment was completed, Seth is willing to keep communication lines open in case I run into anything, since my stuff was moved into a storage unit temporarily until I move into a permanent residence. Response from sducky: Sorry about the mix up on the dates and times. Steve wanted to spend time with an old friend in Ca. He told me different dates many times on when he wanted to be home and when he was going to leave. I tried my best to make it work for everyone. Thank you for your job. I heard the trailer had a big hole in the roof by the time Steve got to you. He seems to hit something with the trailer everytime he takes it. I am just glad it did'nt rain on his way back... My shipment arrived 2 days late due to the movers' truck breaking down, and I had to follow up often with the movers to check on their status and location. But once they arrived at my place they were very helpful and professional.

Response from sducky: Kirk! Sorry things did'nt go as planned, but we can not see things like truck breakdowns. We tried to be as accomidating as possible. We even refunded some of your money. This is not like us, but these things do happen when you transport things across the nation. Sorry for the mishape and we hope that you will use us again. Seth and Steve.
