I DID NOT RECEIVED EVERYTHING WITH THIS SHIPMENT. THE PICKUP LOCATION MEMBER STATES THAT THE DRIVER TOLD THEM THAT HE DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH ROOM. WHICH CAUSED ME TO WASTE MONEY THE COMPLETE SHIPMENT WAS NOT PICKED UP. I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED BUT THINGS DID NOT GO AS PLANNED.
WHOSE FAULT IT WAS IS UNKNOWN TO ME.

Driver never told the company that. All he said is that it was supposed to be on one pallet instead of two. At that time the put everything on one pallet. We were told that they would load the stuff in the trailer. When they said they were done we thought everything was there. We had lots of room on the trailer and would have brought it all if it was given to us. Wish it had not gone that way... Sorry for the mishap...

Our shipment arrived in good condition. There was a delay in the shipment due to mechanical issues but Seth did everything he could to recover lost time. They were helpful in unloading some very heavy furniture. Overall good experience and would definately use them again.
