A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Driver arrived early AM and shipment would could not be loaded until noon. Driver could not wait as he had other loaded booked. Response from sducky: The shippers flight was delayed so there was not enough time in the day to wait and load because of other obligations. No hard feelings and best of luck to the shipper.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider was suppose to pick up items before 5pm Friday 08/14/009. never heard from him again, Response from sducky: James we had a truck hit our trailer and tore a hole in it and would not be able to ship your things and keep thim dry in the event that it rained... Sorry we tried to call many times...

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Shipper was responsive and easy to communicate with. We had discussed pickup time and agreed, but then he had a problem with his truck that was going to delay the pickup beyond the time frame that I was comfortable with. We mutually agreed on the cancellation. I appreciate that he was upfront about the delays that would have been involved, and would consider using him again. Response from sducky: We had a semi hit our trailer and tore a large hole in the side of the trailer. I was not comfortable putting these items in there without knowing it would be safe and dry... The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider communicated before I booked via the question & answer feature on USHIP that he could pick up my car in HOUSTON the next day and deliver it in a few days. After I booked he called me to say that his truck has been broken down in Yuma AZ for a couple of days and that he may need a new engine. But, he feels confident that he can pick up my 2009 ACURA in 5 days. I don't believe that is possible based on the distance and the level of disrepair his vehicle is in. Furthermore, I

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period My items were ready for pick up May 12th and I contacted the shipper. (6 weeks before he had accepted my bid and I was consistently updating him to let him know when the items would be ready for pick up)He said he thought he may be able to pick up the items May 15th and they would be in the Chicago area once per week. I asked him to call us so we could have someone available. I sent a very detailed email with all the addresses and 4 contacts he could reach. By the 16th the items were not picked

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time No one from the company called me initially or responded to my emails. I called several times and spoke to Seth. He promised to call me back twice but didn't so I ended up calling him. He finally after several calls gave me a date. I called Wednesday (5/20) during the day to confirm pickup on Thursday (5/21) which was the date he gave me and he said everything was fine. No one showed up on Thursday.
