Sam was very professional and reliable. It can be difficult to get hold of him as he is often on the road, however, he is a lovely and responsible professional when he is on your shipment. Great experience. Sam took care of everything with professionalism. He cleared the customs and took care of everything. He knew what to do and did it. I would recommend him to anybody without any hesitation. He had a license plate for the trailer, put the stuff that could fall off the boat in his truck. I don't know for the other guys in uship but Sam was great. I transfered him more money than needed for the customs and he gave me what was left in cash when he delivered the boat. Thank you Sa

Sam was a pleasure to deal with and was indispensible in helping me to both use UShip for the first time and bring a car from the US into Canada for the first time. His experience with the nuances of the import process and the advice he gave me made the export through the US Border and the import through Canada Customs extremely smooth. I had a lot of concern about how to get my boat over the border. Sam was great!! He had a temporary plate to put on the trailer and made things completely worry free. He knows how to clear customs and has a lot of experience. I will definitely use him again when I buy a car in the US and have recommended him to several of my friends.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment as i stated on my bid it was a driven quote and shipper cant read and again i get penalized and uship loves it becouse they make more money uship should realy look into thier cancelation policies and penalize the shipper and keep the deposit not the provider

I go weeks without hearing from him. The agreed upon date for pick-up is tomorrow (and the manufacturer will not hold it any longer), but he has not replied back to either email or phone calls.
