Shipper was understanding; I had to switch from using a cargo van to my box truck to accomodate the size of the shipment. Delivery made during a snowstorm. Payment in full on delivery

The driver went above and beyond to make sure the delivery happened in a timely manner. Shipment was delivered in acceptable condition and the driver was professional even during unforeseen circumstances.
