The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I booked the shipment on Aug 4, the item was supposed to be delivered within 4 days of acceptance, by aug 28 I could no longer reach the provider and still I waited another two weeks for him to contact me but now I'm through waiting.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The Service provider also took a wire transfer of $1,000.00 for fuel and did not show up on the agreed upon date/time. Now he will not take my phone calls. This is a plain case of Internet Fraud facilitated by uship. I expect you to refund my deposit immediately as I can assure you an full investigation is underway into your business as well as the providers that you represent.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services He stole money from several people including me by getting a Walmart money wire for fuel costs and then after he gets that he never answers my calls and it has been 7 weeks now. The car has still not been picked up. This shipper should be prosecuted to the fullest! I hope Uship can check and make sure he does not open up on here under a new name.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Scott Gable did not show up 4 times to pick up shipment. Also, Scott Gable didn't called back as he promised to schedule new pick up date(s). Scott Gable allegedley had problem(s) with his truck and needed fuel deposit "favor" to be paid in advance. Scott Gable took money. Scott Gable was constantly upset with me for calling him every day and wanting him to answer simple question: "when you will pick up the shipment?". I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period The service provider wanted more money as deposit and claimed whatever Uship charged me as deposit($130) was not going to him. Thats why he wanted another $220 to be sent to his driver as moneygram or wire transfer. I was not comfortable with this as it would incur fees and not reliable. Anyway, we parted ways amicably. Response from scottgable: shipper needed to be moved by sun and was not possible to do and also didnt want to make a deposit thru wire transfer and ioffered money gram since he was in hurry but stated he paid me deposit thru uship 27 to them 103 to me and uship knows that deposit was all thiers none to me and should tell these shippers that but very nice guy just couldnt get to him and he couldnt wait a couple of days due to move out date that was not posted sorry guy good luck

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I asked USHIP wheter or not to send Scott Gable a Moneygram and responded to not send one at all, definitely not ahead of pickup. I waited 2 weeks for this pickup to happen and now 2 days before I am back to square one. I would like my deposit with Uship refunded or credited to my accepted shipment. Please relist so I can start over hopefully with better success next time. Thank you. Harlan Response from scottgable: shipper new he had to make a deposit he said no problem so i sent my driver 1200 out of my pocket (by way of money gram) as i use them every day and then yesterday he decides after speaking to uship not to send deposit i think uship owes him his original deposit back but im out 2 days of travel time for a driver and truck because you guys advise not to use money gram which is perfectly safe i would like to speak to a uship person on the phone would you please call me

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services After booking and speaking with the shipping coordinator (Scott Gable), I (stupidly) provided a fuel deposit via Moneygram which was picked up by his driver in transit (ostensibly his brother Tim Gable). Scott subsequently did not provide proof of insurance after repeated requests and only provided direct number for Tim after multiple requests. It turned out to be a prepaid cell number with a voicemail message for an insurance company. Requests to Scott about location in transit and pickup da Response from scottgable: this lady is crazy she lied about how much stuff she had and then it had to go to 2 differant states. she wanted to talk to my driver and was told she would have to deal directly with me im the owner she requested my insurance info and when i stopped that night to fax it she gave the wrong # and i didnt get a good one for two days and was on the rd and couldnt stop to take the time right then but told her she would get it asas and what kind of cell phones my drivers have does not concern her nut
