Customer cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward..
We stated in the beginning conversations with the customer, as we do all customersbfore all bids are accepted. Please read our company profile and feedback before accepting our bid. WE PROVIDE INSURANCE through our insurance company on a per item basis, which means if you have a boat, we have to call and get the insurance for your specific boat! There's nothing hidden or misunderstood in that. We have even had customers that go online get the insurance themselves through the comany that we use,
