We were able to find another shipper, so our boat arrived when we disired it to be delivered. I was disappointed when informed that my down payment would take up to 30 days to be refunded. I would have expected it would have been returned as fast as it was delivered via Paypal.

They did an excellent job moving our furniture including our piano. Their communication was excellent prior to the move and throughout the move. I would absolutely use them again.

Alan picked the boat up on time. We arrived in FL and he met us at the launch. The boat would not start and he diagonsed a faulty starter. He took us to a marina where we purchased a new starter, which he installed successfully. Then, our lift wouldn't work but he finally got it to work. We will use him again. A++++ experience. We needed to be assured it would get shipped this week, so we contacted another carrier. Response from coasttocoastcarriers: sorry hope all goes well with your shipment
