Initial contact was good, then driver kept making excuses. He was supposed to arrange for pickup around Feb. 21, and quit communicating. After many emails, he finally responded that he was lining up a "west coast" ship. My ad listed April 1 deadline, been waiting since Feb. and now no contact. I've lost out on many other possible shippers waiting on excuses from this one. This has been a very disappointing experience - I guess a driver's bid and my acceptance means nothing. Very unreliable!!!!

Member initial had good communications but when it came time to handle the delivery he did not return my calls. He delayed my shipment obviously and cost me time and money due to not following through.

i really want to apoligise ,i was in the hospital, iwent in to dibetic coma for 4 days and was in the hospital for 2 and a half weeks,this is the first i ever knew that there were major problems with my sugur,and insluin
