I recommend Mike for a responsible move. He was quick to respond to my inquiries, maintained good contact (even with an unexpected delay due to repairs), handled the furniture carefully, and provided professional and courteous service with the delivery. I didn't expect him to help move my old beds to the garage when delivering the replacements, but he did offered to do so and set up the new beds for me. Very nice to work with! This was my first time using uShip, and it was a good experience
