Agreement was shipper sends me a check upon delivery on amount left after pre-paid deposit. Bid amount was $595. Shipper was taken pre-paid deposit $67.90 covering U-Ship match fee, then paid directly to driver amount promised him by freight broker - $475. He "saved" $52.10 on freight broker pointing on pre-paid deposit like it was paid to broker. I called shipper couple of times, sent him e-mail - no answer. Response from sbaideeusa: I was not informed before hand that an additional fee would be payable to the broker after the shipment was delivered! I paid the broker what he asked for to book the shipment, and I paid the driver what he asked for upon delivery. This broker did not give fair feedback.

The car got a bit damaged because they tried to load a motorcycle where it couldn't really fit and it dented and scratched the back of the car, but I will forgive that. Overall, I would use them again, but not try to complicate things by shipping too much at once.
