The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped.
They were very polite and helpful. I had a family emergency with my daughter needing to be medically cared for for a short time period and was not the best at dealing with that and my customers. I had to cancel alot of orders. Apologies to everyone. Shipper was very understanding, unlike some whom think they're furiture trumps family. Thanks
