I did not show up at agreed upon date and time shipper cancelled w/o notice while I was in the area to pick up.

Jim Tibbetts is a piece of human garbage who does not deserve to breathe the same air that we do. In fact he does not deserve to breathe at all. This guy had the nerve to deny my cancellation after he was almost 2 months late on my pick-up. He severely inconvenienced me and my business and then tried to keep my $$ without delivering. Thank God Uship saw it my way and refunded my deposit and my credit card company refunded the rest of my payment. His mother oughta be embarrassed of him.

Andrew Anderson stole $500.00 from me. He collected this deposit and then never delivered. After promising a deposit refund he never came through with it. This man should be ashamed of himself stealing from people who trusted him on good faith. I can't express in words how violated I feel to have been taken advantage of this way. I am in the process of putting together a legal case against him w/ my lawyer, an inconvenience but worth the moral efforts. Very dishonest and thieving person.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time This guy is so unreliable. Every time I am actually able to get in touch with him he tells me he'll pick up my equipment "in a few days" and after a week I don't hear from him. It's now been over a month since our agreed upon pick up date. After his so-called engine problems I was understanding about the situation. But even since then he has proven to not live up to what he says he'll do. I just hope that I can get a timely refund at this time.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I sent my $500 deposit to the service provider. He said he would pick up my compressor between the 26th and 29th of October. I have tried to reach him since the 26th and I have not heard from him and my compressor still has not been picked up.

I will be mailing back the customer's $500 deposit when I make it off of the road in a couple of days. It was hard finding loads going his way after my account was suspended.
