This time sensitive item was not picked up after about 5 days of assured scheduled pickup. Sam communicated well at first but later would not pickup my calls. I had to use another phone for him to pickup. I had no reason not to believe Sam when he told me that he was away for couple days and that he had several mechanical problems with his trucks. He offered to refund the payment which I do not considered necessary at the time. Generally, I would give Sam another chance.

Excellent job. Helped me out in a bind after another service provider couldnt delv. the equipment. These guys picked it up immed. for me and made the delivery work. Would use again in a second.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved When stopped by the DOT there is no telling them what to or how to do it . Nor can the customer no matter who we are ...there in control . We spent money on fuel , deadhead miles and was willing to offset the cost of any out of pocket fees that can be verified to the customer . Thats like paying twice for no fault of our doing to make the job happen .

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Very odd .... we had a fracture on the jeep dolly and the customer was aware of it . Coordination was made for us to come back in and pick up his machine which was okd with the owner at that . Permits have been purchased for this transport at a cost . We also have all the email from both parties . If this is granted we will be expecting to be paid for truck ordered not used deadmiles and permit cost . Which the customer was well aware we have another truck which re rerouted.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Truck is still sitting waiting on payment (cod) of a prior shipment . Truck is on detention time for three days as of know . Customer was told but maybe doesnt understand . You can only repeat yourself a couple of times . If i drop off the equipment i will never be paid . If the new customer wants to accept the billing on the prior delivery we will drop and go to him

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date and time Did not have truck there @ 8am as promised. called @ 9:15am and he said truck was pulled over by D.O.T and should be there in 15min. Hour and a half later still no truck and did not answer his phone. Wasted 2.5 hours of crane time. NOT GOOD SERVICE!!!!

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date and time Uship staff, I chose samwrgroup because we had correspondence through uship messages before I accepted his bid pertaining to him being able to pick up the machine on Monday or Tuesday (Feb 13 or 14) as this is an extremely time sensitive load. Monday and Tuesday came and went and the machine wasn't picked up. So I read the bid details and he had in there to be picked up at the latest within 7 days of bid acceptance. I accepted his bid on Friday Feb 10 at 3 pm and waited till Friday Feb 17 at

He said friday or Maximum on Monday. Then we accept his bid. after that we are trying to contect him. He answer the phone the first day and told me that he will be there afternoon, and I hire somebody to help him load . He never show up nor answer the phone . I spend two days calling him and he never answer. I send him an e mail to ask im what happend? he replay the second day saying the driver will be there tomorrow. a

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The service provider said he had a 53ft trailer and would be able to load on 12/1/11. His truck didn't show up and now, 12/2/11 thet wouldn't return phone calls, but had someone to email me saying they did not have a 53ft. trailer to do the job they bid on. The listing plainly stated that you must have a 53ft. trailer to bid on the load.This service provider misreprecented theirself and caused me to miss filling an order on time.I will not recomend this service provider to anyone.
