The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time El transportista no cumplio, aun cuando se le pagó el 50% solicitado, me mintio diciendo que la maquina ya habia salido del lugar de origen e inclusive que ya estaba en el estado de virginia, nunca quiso responder ni tampoco devolvio el 50% de anticipo, por lo que el tipo es un defraudador profesional, mentiroso en todos sentidos e iresponsable. estoy procediendo con las demandas pertinentes.
Deseo que se me devuelva el pago a Uship por el mismo medio en que lo realicé.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Did not have truck there @ 8am as promised. called @ 9:15am and he said truck was pulled over by D.O.T and should be there in 15min. Hour and a half later still no truck and did not answer his phone. Wasted 2.5 hours of crane time. NOT GOOD SERVICE!!!!

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period This service provider did not pick up my load on the agreed date. They have promised to have it picked up 2 more times but they never showed up. They have refused to communicate with me. They are not taking my calls.

I chose samwrgroup because we had correspondence through uship messages before I accepted his bid pertaining to him being able to pick up the machine on Monday or Tuesday (Feb 13 or 14) as this is an extremely time sensitive load. Monday and Tuesday came and went and the machine wasn't picked up. So I read the bid details and he had in there to be picked up at the latest within 7 days of bid acceptance. The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time We asked that guy before we accept his bid, when are you able to pick it up? He said friday or Maximum on Monday. Then we accept his bid. after that we are trying to contect him. He answer the phone the first day and told me that he will be there afternoon, and I hire somebody to help him load . He never show up nor answer the phone . I spend two days calling him and he never answer. I send him an e mail to ask im what happend? he replay the second day saying the driver will be there tomorrow. a
