Shipper told us he would call us the next day to make arrangements for pickup and never did. We have lost all confidence in this shipper doing the job we have requested and do not want our customer to have to deal with him. Response from bobdelivers: We left several messages at the number provided by the shipper trying to coordinate pick up but could never reach them so had to send an email... still no response. I am sorry this did not work out!
