A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved This company provided excellent service and communication. I will absolutely use their services in the future and reccomend them to others. A scheduling conflict on my end, not the shipping company's fault, resulted in the cancellation of this shipment.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Service provider was not able to complete my shipment within the previously agreed upon time frame.
