These guys are unproffesional, do not understand shipping,schedules, routes etc. They lied to us and told us we could have a couple more days to deliver because of vehicle troubles, but when we delivered they said we had breached our contract and therefore they didnt have to pay us. After an hour of trying to reason with them we left emptyhanded. Tony and Ryan Fritz, Tony lives in Benton AR and Ryan in MN. Haulers beware Response from ryanf13: I can not belive this. Gaiusrui Broke the contract!!!! He was supposed to be in Arkansas by Tues 13th, he droped it off on friday the 16th. I lost over $600 by him not having the delivery there on time. Was NOT in contact at all, and was not asked, but TOLD it would be there LATE, not as promised!?? You did not even come close to doing what we agreed, I cant pay you for bad service. Meanwhile he pick up and droped off many things while I waited. I'm sorry your liar and can not run your business.

Rating: Cancellation Left by: jandsnelson (197 ) On: 8/6/2009 For: 2007	I am unable to reach this customer after a reasonable time period I tried to contact the customer and left numerous messages. One number was even dis connected. We are a shipping company and can not wait for one person to decide when he wants to answere his phone. Finnaly a day later contact is made and he uses verbaly offensive language. This guy should not be allowed on uship or any other web site for that matter. I would highly recomend not shipping anything for this guy. My feedback speaks for its self. Response from ryanf13: Totally NOT TRUE. In my contract it said pick up within 2 days! When we talked YOU asked for a few extra days, I said no problem. You were going to pick up late Thursday night and have it out there this weekend. Then I see my phone, You say 2 missed calls in ten minutes is reasonable???? Then you said you tried to contact the drop off person and it was disconnected, again not true! I called this this morning to tell them this HILLBILLY DUMB A** cant do it now. You are a LIAR and BAD at business!

First, he is unreliable, has no idea how long it takes to drive places, bad at communication, bad with scheduling, bad service. Horrible business, would NEVER use or recomend them to ANYONE!!! BAD,BAD,BAD.
