Frieght Concepts did not show up on the agreed upon time and date after multiple confirmations. They shut their phones off the day they were supposed to be there and we couldn't make contact until the next day when we called from a different number. What a nightmare. We had an upset customer and understandably so, when all it would have took was a phone call. They couldn't accomodate the load the next day either. We were forced to use someone else. What an experience.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Freight Concepts did not show up on the agreed upon time and date after multiple confirmations. I re-confirmed with Jason the night before scheduled pickup. We were unable to reach Freight Concepts the entire day. He shut his phone off and when we finally reached him, he was unable to accommodate the load in the coming days. It was a nightmare. We had an upset customer and understandably so. Lesson learned.

Ryan thanks bud... You had the load posted for pick up wendsday and thursday deliver friday. My truck was their wendsday and they would not load after multiple talks with ryan and the manufacturing company. Trucking companies cant afford to sit for a day to accomodtae a cheap shipper who will not pay more and still expect an overnite delivery 600+ miles. Get real and good luck with future shipments.
