Frieght Concepts did not show up on the agreed upon time and date after multiple confirmations. They shut their phones off the day they were supposed to be there and we couldn't make contact until the next day when we called from a different number. What a nightmare. We had an upset customer and understandably so, when all it would have took was a phone call. They couldn't accomodate the load the next day either. We were forced to use someone else. What an experience.
