Hello I'm Russ, USDOT# 2345105 I'm a professional finish carpenter contractor with 28 years experience who pays attention to detail.I started my transport buiness 3 years ago.A long time ago when I was 21 I logged 100000 highway miles driving a 4 door pickup all around the United States, Canada, and Mexico. After I pick up your Bike or boat you can be in constant contact w/ me via cell phone, email, or text.I operate a well maintained Ford E350 Turbo Diesel Super van. I have a 18' flat bed skidsteer trailer and a new 24' aluminum enclosed trailer with electric brakes. Factory installed d-rings floor and walls for secure soft strapping of you bike.I transport mostly from Wisconsin to Florida full time. I use 6 soft straps per bike and a clean thick blanket wrap. I am new to Uship. Working with Russ was easy and on point. I wasn't in a rush and getting a great bid and delivery to my door, who could ask for more. Scooter arrived just as it was sold. I would use Russ again if the opportunity arises.

Russ worked well with the seller to arrange pick up. Being knew to U Haul he also helped me with the process as I needed help changing pick up location. When we called him he returned calls in a timely fashion. It took a bit longer to receive bike due to the off season and he was looking to get a full load as gas prices are high. By him shipping with a full load keeps prices lower for those using his service so we dind't mind waiting a bit. The bike was shipped with care.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The shipper showed up to pick up the motor scooter the last day it was supposed to be delivered on and called me and said he did not realize the motor scooter was as large as it was and he could not bring it for another two weeks. The previous owner is leaving for Europe and needs the scooter moved immediately. I need immediate cancellation and to rebid the transport of the scooter.

He thought I wanted the boat towed on the trailer it sits on, as shown in the picture. It is an old boat and an old trailer. I only wanted it transported ona flatbed trailer, or enclosed transport. No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Shipper can not make pickup date that he quoted ( Sunday ), said he could make it monday but was having vehicle troubles and not guarenteed. I need this item to the delivery address ASAP as it is a return that needs to be back in a timely manner and it cant wait. I am shipping with another provider and it is leaving today

Russ called after he had left the location and we negotiated overage charge but he was unable to return to the location until late January. Seller is not able to accommodate new schedule.
