The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment I based my decision to purchase three mares on the quote I received from this shipper. They informed me this morning they would be picking up the horses tomorrow, so I wired payment for the horses directly to the seller. Now they are saying they will not be able to provide this service due to a delay just one state over from the pick up point. This cancellation is going to cost me several hundred dollars. I feel they should have to follow through with completing this shipment as promised.

I intend to follow through with all services. Could not contact customer via phone on prior date of pickup. Delays dictate flex in schedule. John
