We went 300 miles out of our way to take care of this shipper and his DOG. We had to deal with rain, fog, snow and high winds and you would really think someone would be understanding. We received 26 calls on drop off day in a 24hr period. You think that after all that you could have been a LITTLE more POSITIVE in your FEEDBACK. BEWARE of this SHIPPER. This shipment was finally PAID in FULL. thx, NMROadrunner

Rating: Neutral Left for: NMRoadRunner (44 ) On: 1/15/2008 For: Queen Mattress	Endless delays. Price was good. Communication was good, but not reliable. What was supposed to take 3 days ended up taking two weeks. Response from NMRoadRunner: We delivered just exactly like you wanted it. Safe and free of damage and at a excellent price. Sometimes you have to wait do to weather. This is the winter and we will not send our trucks into harms way. thx, NMRoadrunners

Would not respond to emails, and phone numbers are disconnected. I waited 2 weeks before canceling.
