We went 300 miles out of our way to take care of this shipper and his DOG. We had to deal with rain, fog, snow and high winds and you would really think someone would be understanding. We received 26 calls on drop off day in a 24hr period. You think that after all that you could have been a LITTLE more POSITIVE in your FEEDBACK. BEWARE of this SHIPPER.
