Grand Pa is gone all right all the way to New York to pick up our 4 wheeler for our son. With no hesitation & much dedication he was a joy to deal with & we would recommend him to anyone. He kept us informed the entire trip and delievery was prompt as promised. Thank you Grand Pa Steve!! We appreciate all you did for our family. The Russells had me pick up an ATV in Downtown N.Y.C. Without notifying the Russells, the business had gone OUT OF BUSINESS, and I pulled into an empty lot & building. The owner would not return our repeated calls until I left a message that I was involving N.Y.P.D. in this, as a clear case of theft; NOT a civil matter. After that, owner called immediately and gladly gave directions to his home,on the OTHER side of town, where I picked up. NYC is NOT the place to be on New Year's Eve....

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services the service provider said that if i booked that day that the shipment would be delievered on or before dec 22. so i did have, not been able to communicate with them at all. Today is the 22nd and they have not yet picked the shipment up. The shipment is in New Nork immpossible to make it here.
