After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer.
Customer is irrational, during a 24 hr period he left 3 messages, 2 were left in a threatening tone because his calls were not immediately returned because no one was in the office.Upon returning his call the customer hung up on me and immediately sent a nasty email.
