The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it.
Rudy had this packaged by who he bought it from. After they had packaged the clip, it would no longer fit in an enclosed trailer. Removing it from the container and transporting it would have caused damage. Myself and Rudy agreed over the phone after I relayed the dimensions of the container at 8.5' x 9' that a different trailer or stake truck would be needed. Nobodys fault here, just a lack of information from the parts dealer.
