Paula was leary of us the whole time. She watched every move we made and tried to tell us how to load the truck. When we got to the new location she didn't come so her husband didn't know how she wanted things so he told us to put the things in the middle of the floor. They also had a painter who hadn't finished so the walls were wet. There was no scratches left on her furniture, maybe by her cats. Thank you, jtyson26
