The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it.
Very nice Gentlemen. But mislead me on the amount of belongings in the shipment listings which is beginning to happen more frequently. I explained this to him prior to. Also, they were'nt even done packing when I arrived . I can't and will no longer allow "EXTRA" things to "accidentally" fail to be mentioned and then not be offered adequate payment. The shipment was left there at residence.
