This Company is UN professional. They Still owe me $180 for damage caused to my vehicle due to their negligence and they never answer directly and they will not pick up your item on time or even deliver it on time and they make a lot of false promises that they plan on not keeping.

Before Route 66 has a chance to say I'm lying I invite anyone considering using him to contact my email directly so I can verify the police report numbers, yes there were 2! [removed email address] Refused to deliver the car I had to file 2 police reports called me a bitch, cunt and a whore. Claims to have several employees but lives in a trailer where it is him and one driver. Lied for almost 20 days before I finally had to enlist the help of the Sheriff. Doesn't take credit, liar.

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period The number for this shipper is not in working service. I have sent two emails with my cell phone number. In between each email I had waited three days for a call back. I have still not heard from this shipper to arrange for pick. I need this car delivered as soon as possible for I am in a rental car until it arrives.

I decidied to email them directly yesterday and still no response. My contract cleary stated the time frame in which he was not able to comply. Shipment was confirmed by all parties (mechanic, shipping company, Rafal Golaszewski, and owner of the vehical). ROUTE 66 AUTO SHIPPERS CO did not show up at the agreed upon date and time. No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I booked this shipment a month before the actual shipment date August 23rd. Ralph called me right after booking to set pickup "4 days" time window 20-23rd August. Then after, opposite my expectation he did not call me anytime before I called him 3 times and left messages on August 23rd. Then he said he is in IOWA to pickup cars and promised to reach Chicago on time & pick my car within that day. He never did!!!! I called several times and stayed up late till 2:00 AM on August 24th. left recorded

He told me he would have a truck for me two different times. Neither time did i hear back from this guy. i dont want to be charged the $28 again when i rebook with someone else.
