A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Shipper had informed during the bid process that they could pick up by or before October 7, 2007. Then later said they would not be able to pickup until after that date. I have a flight scheduled to leave on the 7th. Also, shipper was supposed to call me back, yesterday, to give me a new idea on when pickup can be made but has not done so.
Response from haulbikes:
Customer informed us that the bike needed to be picked up 10/7 after receiving a completed contract. Agreed to cancel order with a parcel cancellation fee.
