Service Provider cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward i wanted the service provider to transport two trucks as against one that was ealier agreed. cancelation was done once and service provider was informed at the time that the new date will be first week of july as i was trying to arrange for the purchase of the second truck which will not be available until 30th june 2008.due to cost ,i wanted two trucks to be taken at the same time instead of one.have sent my sincere apology to service provider for the postponement.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period the service provider did not answer any emails and the phone numbers do not go through. after many attempts to reach the provider in the last week i recieved NO response. I would hope to get my full deposit back and relist the job. Thank you

I no longer needed the item(s) shipped I gave them approximately a month to deliver.
After comunicating on several occasions with tammy by email(would not return call)promised delivery on several occasions and did not deliver. the last missed promise I took action. They have to many excuses and misrepresented themselves with the campability to deliver goods. I finally had to fly someone to the location of vehicle and drive back cost me many more hundreds. This company is not very trust worthy and leads you on to believe that the

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I expect the bid to be held to. It's not a huge shipment and could be carried in a 3/4 ton truck. What sort of a time frame are we talking about?

we called all three phone numbers listed on the match details and still no phone call back so we had to cancel and contiue with our other shippments so they were not delayed..

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I am extremely pissed off right now. RSS trucking was supposed to pick up my scooter TOMORROW and I just received an email cancelling my shipment. Now three more weeks of my limited summer riding time will be forfeited because my scooter isn't here, I am paying for insurance on a scooter I DO NOT HAVE, and I paid a fee to USHIP that won't be refunded. This is extremely frustrating.

there was no misrepresentation we had a customer cancel shipment of two semi tractors from Chicago to Massachussets which snowballs our cancellations on five other shipments so my driver is left empty we are sorry for the last minute cancellation but it could not be avoided
