Mostly satisfactory shipment. There were some minor communication discrepancies when it came to the final payment and we were a little disappointed that the shipper said they would haul the bike in an enclosed trailer and it arrived in the back of a truck along with a snowmobile. Overall the experience was positive, the bike arrived in a timely manner and in good condition.

as far as the transport we told customer it would be riding most of the way in enclosed trailer in trailer all the way to northern Wisconsin then put in truck with snowmobile never bid it as full enclosed delivery or it would have been more but transaction went ok paid upon delivery we did state we only accept walmart/postal money orders on on occasion paypal

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I called twice and lest messages for them to call me back... after I week still no reply. My custums broker also tried to contact the shipper and left messages for them to return their calls, yet again still no reply.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved.
The shipment company stated that they could pick up my shipment on Monday or Tuesday of the coming week. After I accepted the bid, he stated that he could not accomodate the time frame that he stated.

Mr Sternal, unfortunately has had a serious car accident and is in the hospital for an unknown amount of time. Our prayers are for him and his family and hope all is well.
I still need my trailer to be shipped and would like the posting placed back up on uship.

Shipment delivered in good condition. There were minor delays due to unforeseen circumstances (mechanical breakdowns, etc.) and the Service Provider did their best to accommodate the situation.
