The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
Provider thought he bid to Driveaway transport when he bid to Trailer it. He does not have the required equipment to accomodate my transport with him currently. Need to immediately find another driver.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
Made several attempts over several weeks, and finally got a reply last week promising they'd get back to me. It has yet been another week and my customer was very upset, so I refunded their money and would like to cancel this shipment

A small operation but they handled the project very well and arrived a day ahead of expectations. Only glitch was that they required a money order for final payment (not a check) so I had to run to the Post Office at the last minute. I would definitely use them again.

Truck arrived later than planned mainly due to trailer tire issues but worked through the weekend to get it here. At first there were communication issues due to cell service at the northern border, overall adequate communication. Overall: fair price, adequate communication and reasonable delivery time. Thanks

Bike was delivered as bid for the price that was bid. A lot of confusion with the other car that was going to the same place. More and better communication before car was picked up would have eliminated this problem. Good young fella and punctual

breakdown in communication, asked 2 times if he knew the car was to go to edmonton and he replied he did. Ended up costing me an extra $400 which is still better than other shippers wanted. But should be better equiped to communicate.Cost me $30 to send title, $30 to wire extra $400..but ok

Response from rsss0407: titles were neede at border they were mailed from canada the day we were in montana so we had to wait 5-6 days and staying in a motel for 80 bucks a night lack of communication is due to poor cell phone service from Minnesota all the way to Montana
