The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
I expect the bid to be held to. It's not a huge shipment and could be carried in a 3/4 ton truck. What sort of a time frame are we talking about?

we called all three phone numbers listed on the match details and still no phone call back so we had to cancel and contiue with our other shippments so they were not delayed..

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
I am extremely pissed off right now. RSS trucking was supposed to pick up my scooter TOMORROW and I just received an email cancelling my shipment. Now three more weeks of my limited summer riding time will be forfeited because my scooter isn't here, I am paying for insurance on a scooter I DO NOT HAVE, and I paid a fee to USHIP that won't be refunded. This is extremely frustrating.

there was no misrepresentation we had a customer cancel shipment of two semi tractors from Chicago to Massachussets which snowballs our cancellations on five other shipments so my driver is left empty we are sorry for the last minute cancellation but it could not be avoided
