We are out of St. Henry, OH DBA Royal Hauling & Expediting. The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time I had written you last week that I was having problems with the service provider communication with me. They did not pick it up when they said they would then two days later when I finally got a hold of them they told me that their truck had broken down. So they said the trailer would be picked up Monday and arriving Wednesday the 5th no later than Thursday the 6th. I tried at least 3 times a day to get a hold of them and nothing finally I contacted the place where I purchased the fifth wheel

I was satisfied with their service, they were actually able to deliver travel trailer a day early. Communication was good, the guys who delivered it were friendly and helpful. Price was right, I would use them again. No complaints here.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time I accepted the bid at 1:30 on Thursday and my boat was to be picked up the next day. Greg did not return my calls or email until 9:30 at night, which worried me from the start. On Friday he calls and says the driver will be there at 3:00. 3:30 came and no call no show, so I called him and he said the driver was an hour away.
