This company was the lowest bid and when all was said and done it cost me almost $ 1200 dollars more than I could afford. Royal movers sent men to move my furniture and they were very careless having damaged and scratched my hardwood floors. My house is on the market and now I have to pay 600.00 dollars to sand and refinish the floors. Royal movers are irresponsible as far as I am concerned. Whatch the fine print on their paperwork they make you sign. You are stuck and out of luck .

I was not given a time of delivery, although I left many messages. Finally I was contacted and my items picked up. They were delivered quickly, but I was forced to pay additional money because the driver was not able to bring his truck up my very wide driveway. Fortunately I had an additional $80 in my purse. My property was handled properly for which I am very thankful.

I will give you some advices if you decide to use this service.
Ask MANY questions, all questions you can possibly have because they are not going to be explicit in the first place.
Purchase extra insurance for your stuff because I am still waiting for my insurance claim papers to come and it's been more than a full week from delivery date.
Their movers are the worst in the world,rude,don't feel like working,barely speak any English and extremely late, ALL THE TIME.

Shipment was delayed. Many phone calls. Several days dealing with it. Biggest problem: the wheels on 3 bikes were turned around backwards using an "l" wrench by THE MOVERS. They never told us. We went on a 9 mile bike ride with the brake cables tangled and turned inward. Very dangerous. We could have been killed. Extremely upset about it. They did it to make the bikes fit in their truck better. I gave them a huge tip. They should have said something.

No communication from Royal's front office. We were working with Tiffany. We had to call her to find out what was going on and what she told us was inaccurate. They have no clue where their drivers are or when they are going to arrive. We also had to call to find out that our estimate had changed and they provided no explanation. We still don't know how they calculated the final bill. I would not use them again. Items arrived dirty and one piece of furniture was damaged.

My husband was relocating from Boston to Los Angeles for a job but the company declined the offer last week. And now we are left with no reason to relocate to LA unless he finds another job there.
Since everything is very uncertain right now, we are cancelling the move and concentrating in ironing out the other mess in our lives.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE COMING ON A CERTAIN DATE AND TIME AND NEVER CAME CALLED 11PM AND THEY TOLD ME I WAS THE FIRST STOP ON THAT DAY I HAD TO PAY AN EXTRA 134.33 FOR MY STORAGE MISSED MY PLAN AND ALSO HAD TO PAY FOR LODGING I WAS TOLD TO CALL ON MONDAY AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD COME PICK MY THINGS UP FOR AN EXTRA 400.00 DOLLARS THEY ARE A VERY BAD COMPANY FOR YOU TO HAVE RECOMENDED NOT YOUR FAULT JUST PLEASE CRACK DOWN ON THE PROVIDERS SO IT WONT HAPPEN TO NO ONE ELSE PLEASE REFUND MY DEPOSI

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
We needed provider to be here on a specific date and they were unable to meet our needs. It has caused quite a problem for us in having to find a provider within a days notice. It is very unprofessional to make us wait until the last possible moment to find out if they can even make it here on time when they were booked back in May.

Great pricing. Make sure to agree on overage pricing in writing(e-mai). Would have been charged alot more if not. Shippment arrived on time & everyone nice. The packing of the truck was negligent. Almost all boxes were crushed, some with holes in them. I was told new U-haul boxes I bought were not good enough after delivery. Heavy boxes and tool box were seen at delivery on top of the load. Bikes had scratches on them. If you supervise packing you might not have as much crushed box issue.
