Excellent service. Scott plugged the tractor's exhaust as I requested to protect the turbocharger. Unit was picked up and delivered on time as promised. I would definitely use this company again.

We picked up the load as agreed and delivered the next day, as agreed. Receiver did not have a ramp as indicated, the driver built a ramp with dirt to off load the equipment. We kept in contact with Amine, pickup, in route and delivery. Wire transfer was to have been done on Thursday, did not get done until Friday am. We still delivered without proof of payment. Driver waited until after 4:30 PM until word was received of the wire transfer Driver gave 100%. What more could we have done??

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped We agreed to pick up on Saturday as a condition of our bid and after the customer took our bid, he refused to pay the $100 fee charged by the auction house for a Saturday pick up. We had no choice but to move our truck another way. The next week we returned to pick up the order and were told it was no longer there, without informing us, he already shipped it.

Load was posted as a "buy it now", which we did buy and the broker who posted it did not have the load. It was a government bid and someone else got the contract.

No Detailed Feedback Available There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved mr rose knew a barge 40x11x5 would have to be made out of cardboard to weight 2600 lb vers 26000 lb he could have q and a he made the bid i accepted he can pay the differnce thanks.

we previously hauled 2 barges from Houston to northern Wisconsin that were overwide and under 10,000#. We assumed the customer knew what they weighed as he said the measurements were exact (measured).

This overweight crawler would only go to the right in circles. It was impossible to load it on an RGN without a crane to lift it up. Our driver waited over night for a dozer operator to attempt it. They both concluded it needed a crane to load it.
