There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved.
The customer just didn't want to accept the fact that we don't take checks for payment. I was there to pickup the table and already had it picked up when the customer went on and on what a bad business we are for not accepting checks. After I left he called a half a dozen times(pretty good success rate for a disconnected number)complaining about us and now wants to make a Federal case out of it.
