By far, the best pet/livestock transporter I have used to date. His follow ups were perfect. I didn't have to chase him for a status because he always called me to let me know what was going on before AND during the trip. All of my birds arrived alive and in PERFECT health. He was courteous not only to me, but had an excellent rapport with my 3 dogs. Each time I text or called Ronnie, he responded quickly and he was right on time and we had no issues at all. I would absolutely recommend Ronnie to anyone having to ship their animals. I have never used this type of service before and needed to have 3 dogs moved 1000 miles. Ronnie showed up with kennels already in place and secured. I'd give him an A+++. Highly Recommended.

On: 9/17/2012 For: Teacup POMERANIAN GIRL	The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Just a quick note for cancellation: I was suppose to make a pick up and delivery of this puppy, but Diana had some problems with the pup and it was not able to ship. I believed the pup actually passed away before I could make pick up. The reciever, Ken, I believe was his Name, has been refunded the deposit and I would like this to be this booking, listed as closed/cancelled on my account.
