I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
This person did not make any sort of effort to contact us, nor call us back after the sereveral times that we attempted to contact them. One of their contact numbers had been disconnected. We never heard from them.

Ron, I've tried every means of getting in contact with you but you don't return e-mails and your voice-mail box is full. This feedback is my last resort. Where is my dog! You have had him for over 8 days! You were 4 days late picking him up and 8 days late from drop off. I got your message from Friday that he was ok and that's great but I don't want him riding around in a car for this long, I want him home! I have no choice but to contact the Police about this if you don't contact me imediatley!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
The shipper failed to call or show up on two agreed upon time and date on two seperate occasions. I tried to be understanding due to the fact he was having vehicle problems however, vehicle problems don't equal phone problems and shipper has been very non responsive other than to apologize and reschedule and no show on two separate occasions. Extremely unproffesional and should not have placed bid if he was unable to live up to agreed upon terms, twice, or at the very least call. I am now a day

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
We contacted both Kim & Ron by phone and email after we paid the deposit and the bid was accepted. They advised us they would pick up the boat on August 23am they did not show. Then we received an email that they would pick up the boat on the 25th between 8-9am, they did not show, no call, no emails. This put us in a bad predicament because we had the boat moved outside from inside a garage so they could pick it up. It rained and the boat was filled with water and could not easily be moved.
