The service was great at a great price. Our furniture arrived within the specific timeframes we agreed upon, and the drivers called when they were on their way. They wrapped every piece very well and there was no damage at all. The drivers were also very friendly and courteous -- we will definitely use them again.

I really appreciated the opportunity to work with Rollen Hills (and Cindy Waters in particular). She was helpful from the beginning which I appreciated since this was my first time on uship.com. I loved the fact that Cindy and her "crew" did all the work, picking up the furniture in the D.C. area from my eBay seller and then delivering it to my home in Baton Rouge. And at such a reasonable price! Thanks, Cindy!

Best. Shipper. Ever. Shipped in a covered race trailer, spent a ridiculously long amount of time making sure the car was flawless on both ends of the shipping deal. Never in my life have I seen a shipper of this caliber. No matter the price, no matter the delay, pick this shipper. You'll rest easy at the end of the day knowing your shipment is in the best hands. I mean that. The car was delivered personally by the owner, and never in my life have I met a nicer, more attentive guy. Great work!!!!

I would NOT recommend Roll’en Hills to anyone. They damaged my Bunkhouse trailer during shipment by not tying it down in the truck and refused to pay for the damage incurred. Finally after almost five months they agreed to pay only half the damage. Is $100.00 worth of damage worth a BAD review. If you want your products damaged and not repaired, let Roll’en Hills move it for you.

Response from rollenhills: Rollen Hills did strap the bunkhouse down and the pads that were between the bunkhouse and the wall of our truck must have slipped down and caused it to rub against the wall of the truck. and we requested that we get pictures of the damage caused to turn into our insurance and customer refused to send us pictures so we could place the claim and then sent us a picture of the repaired fender and we could not place the claim of something that was already repaired so we send 1/2 of what the custome
