The overall experience was fair, at best. There were some scheduling delays due to lack of communication. The delivery was finally made, but the setup of the bed was not performed. This was part of the initial agreement; however upon delivery, the driver refused to setup. He was exceptionally rude, and just put the items in the garage for the owner to "deal with." I honestly expected a more professional experience.

Delivery was made to someone other than owner & yes we would have set up the bed that we delivered but customer wanted two other beds moved within the home in order for the bed delivered to be setup & that was not the initial agreement. & 2nd 1/2 of payment that we agree to be accept via mail has not been received to date 8/6/. Sorry but the comunication with the people that recieved the bed was just fine & they are the ones that said due to the additional moving & rain to put the bed in garage

Excellent communication and coordination for the long distance move of the two floral coolers. Units arrived safe and sound and were picked up/delivered in a timely fashion. Kevin and Alfredo did an excellent job. Highly recommended. Hope to do business with again.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
A scheduling conflict was caused by the fact that I did not have the package ready for pick-up when promised. The transport company did not do anything wrong.

Rollenhills was very professional and efficient in both their communication and the actual shipping of my floral cooler/refrigerator. The movers had adequate packing materials and equipment, were punctual and dependable. I would definitely use them again.

Cindy and the driver who picked up my furniture were great and friendly. I needed to move 2 couches in excellent shape. It took longer than expected for the couches to arrive. THe first time we were contacted about a drop off, they cancelled without notifying us. When the couches arrived at their destination, one was scratched on the back and both were dirty. Cindy directed me to the driver who made excuses and was not friendly about the situation. All in all, the move was not worth it.

The delivery was to be flexable on the delivery end and when arrangments for the first attempt was done They were told that we were tring arrange the route and that we would confirm if the route made or not and if it did not that it would be wed or thur and it was made on wed. as far a the couches being dirty they were picked up in a garage and were already wrapped for shipping and delivery was made and customer signed off on the delivery and then called with the complants and driver called them
