After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider No comfortable with this Service Provider.

I CALLED THIS GUY ON SUNDAY TO ARRANGE PICK UP ON MONDAY AND WHEN I TALKED TO HIM HE SAID HE WOULD MEET ME ON MONDAY MORNING @ 9AM TO PICK UP THE FRIDGE AND HE WOULD NOT ANSWER HIS PHONE AFTER CALLING HIM SEVERAL TIMES. I DROVE OUT OF MY WAY TO GO TO MUNCIE AND WHAT DO I GET NO RETURNED PHONE CALL OR ANSWER BACK. I DO NOT UNDER STAND THE DEAL WITH THIS SHIPPER...?????
