I have left this shipper multiple messages over a 3 week period and several emails. So far I have received no response.

This shipper has been nothing but unreasonable since the match was made. We arrived to make pickup and were informed that the shipper had not yet paid for the motorcycle. We told the shipper that the next possible time we could pick up would not be till after Christmas. He said this would be fine with him. We have not heard from the shipper since. If you are planning to ship itemes you purchase on eBay please make sure you have paid for them before the carrier arrives to pick them up.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Provider was a no show and did not call to explain or reschedule. Appointment was set for any time in the morning, and up until noon. I took off the entire day from work waiting for the service and no longer wish to contract with the provider.

I'm not sure why this guy claims he was never contacted. Our truck broke down. We contacted him twice to assure him that as soon as we were back up and running we would let him know and re-schedule. When repairs were done we called. We got his answereing machine 3 times in 2 days. He never returned our calls. It is impossible to re-schedule if both parties do not communicate. Sorry we don't have the resouces of UPS to be able to dispatch unlimited trucks.
