This mover was very polite and a hard worker, but my shipment arrived with so much damage--furniture bashed up and many books and music arrived completely water logged. He did deduct some from the cost, but not enough to replace my items.
We are still working things out, so it may end up well, but right now, I am not happy with this shipment.

the things that got damage and water on had to be put in the back of my open flat bed and i put a tarp on it but the rain still came thru..the reason i had to put it in the back is because i called my self being nice by taking alot of items that wasnt on the uship list..2 single beds that wasnt listed.dresser not listed table not listed few small book cases not listed more boxes than was listed..i guess next time i wont take anything from nobody that not listed cause no way do i deserve negative

One cannot expect a better service than what I got from Robert. His service was just outstanding. I got a rate which was 50% of what major providers were charging. I was shipping to my california where my wife and son were staying and I asked if I have to fly there to take delivery - he said it is not needed and he did everything. The speed at which the consignment was taken from Illinois to California was amazing - just three days. Thanks a lot Robert.

Rob went absolutely out of his way for this shipment. Since the shipment was for my mom 2,000 miles away, the amount of stuff to be moved was more than what was represented in my initial bid request. Rob was very professional and treated my mom with respect. I would highly recommend him.

Shipment was picked up and delivered on time and as we had coordinated with each other.
