Rob did a great job and took very good care of my things. My leather sectional didn't have a scratch on it. Not a scratch on my stainless steel frig. I paid him extra to take more things than I had originally said I was shipping. He did his best to get as much as he could. He managed to get my horribly heavy TV set up on the stand...by himself! Took 4 people to get it up the last time! We both had some delays we worked out without any issues.

Robert was great!! He kept me informed of my shipment the whole way. My Mother passed away in November and my shipment were the sentimental items from her. Robert had them wrapped and moved like they were worth a million dollars. Thanks, Robert...you made this very difficult Christmas easier to get thru. I recommend Robert and would definitely use him again.

Robert is a professional, kind, and extremely hard working man. We were AMAZINGLY IMPRESSED with the work he did. He was rear ended on the Interstate on the way to our home, but he communicated very well with us and made sure we were happy with the move. There were a few pieces damaged due to the collision, but he repaired the items beautifully and gave us a very large discount. He moved our furniture where we requested, and NEVER once complained. I would hire his services in the future.

customer was very nice..i found out that customer would not be there at the loading.so i told them if they could not be there to sign moving agreement than i would require full payment at the time of pickup..they weren't comfortable doing that..but i still refunded a 200.00 dollars non refundable deposit immediately

for most moves i offer .60 per pound insurance for free ,,then i offer a lil better insurance for a price..the customer after telling them this before the bid..decided i didnt carry enough insurance..they said there paintings alone were worth hundred of thousands..even thou the cancellation messed me up and had me loose money..i hold no hard feelings,,but people if you have millions of dollars worth of stuff..stop being cheap!!!If God Blessed you with money dont try to make someone a slave
