The bike did arrive in good shape, but it was late and the contact phone number was out of service from the day it was picked up. J seemed like a good guy, but I would have to have a firm commitment for on-time delivery and a guarenteed phone number before I'd use him agian.

These guys are very hard workers. I will definately do business with them again. Although Jason had a problem with his vehicle and the shipment was a little late, he made up for it by working hard. Overall, great!

I contracted through uship for Jason to pick up a trailer for me in North Carolina. He only delivered it as far as where he lives. I paid him $7,355 to also make 2 other trips. When I complained to uship, he told me I'd used up all of my money I gave him! He said he picked up a trailer in New York. Today, I got a Certified Letter from the people had the trailer. They told me if I don't pick it up by 05/31, I lose $2,025 I paid! Also, there is a 2nd backhoe in New York that he's refusing to get!

You contracted through USHIP for one trailer and one backhoe to be moved.The trailer was moved from NC to AR. In AR we picked up a backhoe and took both to NM. While in route to your place in NM the trailer broke down. We offered you a mechnic to fix the trailer so we could have delivered it the rest of the way. Instead you decided to go to Clines Corners and pick up the equipment. It was your choice not to fix your own trailer. You broke down again then left it. Your choice

What can I say, I needed 6 large items moved, I was on a budget and Jason did as I needed. A long cross country trip and he was happy to do it. Im sure I will be using he again, soon.

Jason King of Road Service Network did a great job. He was punctual, and stayed in contact, and delivered our armoire in a timely manner. Our son was very pleased with how accomodating Jason was, because Jason's vehicle was too large for the street our son lives on. They met in nearby parking lot, and the armoire was safely delivered. If I ever need to ship something again, I would definitely use Jason. Even though his vehicle is not a typical truck, he got the job done. Thank you, Jason!

Jason proved himself as professional, courteous, and completely trustworthy. He more than delivered the product in a timely fashion -- he went the extra mile to make sure the (very heavy) item was delivered to its new home (up many steep stairs).
