Great guy. My liftgate malfunctioned when he got here. He helped me unload 50 packs of roofing shingles one at a time. He did not have to because that was not the agreement but he did. Highly recommended.

Harald met us on the time specified. He assisted me in preparing my trailer for travel and went above what was expected. Due to bad weather and a couple of flats, his arrival was delayed a few hours, but we remained in phone contact. I am pleased with his service and will definitely use his services again when the need arises. Thank you Harald for your assistance.

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have tried to communicate with Roadrunner numerous times to no avail. Has been almost a month and I still don't have my truck. Roadrunner has told me he has had truck problems and I understand. Roadrunner has asked me if I want to cancel and now I am asking you to do so.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I have been brokering Bank lease vehicles, Boats and RV's for the past 25 years. Harald was never called me! After 10 emails and texts to his phone, he emailed and said he would delivery the boat but, still no personal call. He over booked! He said he would pick-up the next day then, said that his son had several other deliveries before mine? A little advise, a phone call goes a long way. Horrible at communications. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEDND!. Circumstances develop, I understand that after 25 yrs

shipper e-mailed prior to pickup that his regular service provider is back and asked if he can use him instead of us. I happily agreed so we could complete shipments to military staging areas on the Mexican border. These deliveries were made during odd hours due to security reasons and military rules. We worked during nights to get these deliveries completed in agreed time. Stating now we had overbooked is contrary to the facts. No reason to return phone calls after cancellation by the shipper
