The service provider did not provide enough directions to his people causing them to be 2 hours late than the agreed time. However, the actual movers were very hard working and careful with the shipment and none of the items were damaged. Besides the delays by the provider, the service was very satisfactory.

I'm very happy with the Daylight Movers' service. They provided the prompt pick-up and on-time delivery. Driver Carl is very nice and honest. He helped to unload the twin bed mattres set and delivered inside the building. I will use Daylight Movers again in the future, and wish the best for Carl and his family.

Loveseat arrived smelling like oil and the bottom was torn. Shipper blamed ebay lister. Did arrive in a timely manner and communication was great. Just really didn't care for the way it was transported or the blame game.

Response from rmorganday: We informed the customer of the damage and provided pictures prior to delivery. The tear was on the bottom lining of the sofa & not visible, but we informed the customer of it prior to delivery because it was caused when we moved it from its original location into the hall where it was picked up. We also provided pictures of the stains that were on the item before we picked it up. We aim to provide full disclosure.
