I no longer need my item(s) shipped.
My father in law was insistent that he drive the chair here himself. This trucking company responded to my bid quickly. They have been extremely accomodating, kind and professional. If I need a shipping company again, I will most definitely call them first.

Pick up was right on schedule, delivery was flawless and a day ahead of schedule. Driver was friendly, and helpful. I will definately consider using them again if I have a shipment.

The mattress was picked up and delivered in a timely manner. However, it was delivered dirty and was not wrapped appropriately as had been indicated. I sent an email to the provider regarding this but never received a response. I would be careful in regards to their promises to wrap things appropriately.

Response from rmorganday: There were stains on the mattress when it was picked up. Customer assisted with loading & dragged his end on the floor. Mattress was wrapped as it was. Cannot be held responsible for what was already there.

Overall, I had a good experience with these guys. Marshall was nice/professional. I was on a tight-timeline for the loading part of my move so it was a little inconvenient that the day got pushed back but I let Marshall know and he had another crew come out. Again, the drop off was delayed a day for same reason - mechanical issues. The driver didn't call but Marshall was responsive when I called him. Finally, driver miscommunicated payment and I had to go get $500 in the middle of my move.
