I am unable to reach this customer after a reasonable time period.
I spoke to this customer one time and he never got back to me, and after many phone calls to him as well as emails I have no choice but to cancel this pick up. This is a recurring problem and needs to be addressed by Uship. It costs us, (the carriers) every time that this happens. There needs to be a buffer against irresponsible people who list book it now's. I am requesting this be canceld and that this be removed from my booking's.
