We Have Had A Few Bad Reviews And We Have Had Some Cancellations But Who On Here Has Not We Do Our Best To Accomadate Our Customers With Same Day Service When Available As Well As Ontime Pickup And Delivery. Undersized trailer. Damaged truck. Was late and inconvienced my mechanic. Hauled with a rotted out van and ran out of gas. Says they have been doing it for 20 years but they don't know what there doing. Leave the shipping for the pros. Next time I won't let the low bid influence me

After being stood up on 3 separate occasions for pickup at our facility, everything did work out with this shipment. Rough start, but all ended well. Friendly, dependable driver, will use again.

broke a windscreen mirror and blinker added up to over 100 bucks told him send me 75.00 ill take care of it and he wont return my calls or pay pal me

I only pay for damages that are confirmed I advised the customer to send me pics and a bill he sent me pics of a mirror that does not even look like the mirror there is nothing showing the damage to the windshield or the turn signal on the bike I do pay for damages and I do like to pay for accidents that happen but I am a business and I do not pay for damages that can not be verified and especially for payments that are not being released to me

Our sofas were delivered as scheduled and assisstance was provided in unwrapping and placing of the furniture. The shipper was responsive to phone calls and overall a pleasure to work with.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I was not able to make the delivery of this bike due to vehicle issues and that the vehicle that I use for long runs was totaled by an uninsured motorist and I was not able to get a replacement vehicle as for the van the bike was placed in it was not broken down it was my local delivery van and the bike was placed in there to keep it from the weather I am sorry that the issues arouse that did. And I appolize for the inconvience

The service provider would make a date for delivery but would not show up or even call to let me know he was not coming. with al the efforts i made to pick up and deliver this item to the customer i was just not able to accomadate this customer i had delays due to the storm and had customers that were waiting for shipments that were booked before the storm i made all efferts to get this item picked up but it was not able to happen i appoligize for the inconveince but my my overall delivery record should tell that i usually deliver as promised out of fifty booked loads i have only eight that have had to be cancelle

They needs to be properly established to be here. They never bothered to consult with me before requesting for cancellation, and are now costing me storage fees of $25 per day starting today.
