The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The service provider picked up my motorcycle on 12/16/2012. The service provider would make a date for delivery but would not show up or even call to let me know he was not coming. When I finally got a hold of him he would give me some excuse and tell me he would deliver at another date with the same results. The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I called and called with no response I waited over a month for the shipper to pick up and never did. He said he go the flu. This has been a nightmare to deal with. I'm now being charged storage fee's.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider asked about moving my item on a specifc date and time when placing his bid. I confirmed this time window with the loading site before accepting his bid. After booking, the service provider failed to show up to pickup the item for transport. Everytime I contact the service provider he say he will pickup the item and gives me both his proposed date for pickup and delivery(usually a day or two out). The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time It has been three weeks and I still don't have a date from the carrier about when he will pick up. Response from rldetailing: I showed up to pick this shipment up but the shipper did not inform me this was a dealership if I had been informed of this I would have made arrangements with the dealership to be able to pick this vehicle up even though they were closed I am sorry for the misunderstanding and I have been trying to make arrangements to go back to move this for the customer but have not been able to make this happen I apologize for any inconvience

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services This shipper is totally unprofessional with total disregard for anyone's time or schedule. The shipper was supposed to pick up and deliver my item on oct.27 he never called myself or the seller to tell us any different. After calling him numerous times with no response I finally Ihim again on nov. 6 @12:30 he tells me he is on the way to get the item to have it to me on nov. 7 I call the seller to inform him of the pickup ,when I arrive home I have an e-mail that he cannot complete the transac Response from rldetailing: with al the efforts i made to pick up and deliver this item to the customer i was just not able to accomadate this customer i had delays due to the storm and had customers that were waiting for shipments that were booked before the storm i made all efferts to get this item picked up but it was not able to happen i appoligize for the inconveince but my my overall delivery record should tell that i usually deliver as promised out of fifty booked loads i have only eight that have had to be cancelle

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I accepted bid 2 weeks ago with the understanding shipment would be delivered quickly. 2 weeks later, I do not have my item, amd do not have confidence in transporter. The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This service provider is inexperienced, has no other means of receiving payment other than cash, has no bank account nor credit card facility. They needs to be properly established to be here. They never bothered to consult with me before requesting for cancellation, and are now costing me storage fees of $25 per day starting today. Response from rldetailing: In my profile it states that i do not accept any other payments but cash i have done this because i have gotten burned by to many people with checks or promises of payment and then do not follow through i am sorry it cost you in storage fees but i am just being a good business man and trying not to get burned again you could have also made arrangements for me to get paid at delivery and you could have reimbursed them

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Have emailed three times over the past 24 hours. I had to know today if the service provider is able to pick up tomorrow. Now it's the end of the day, and I'm in a bind to find another service provider for tomorrow.
